From the Acting Principal

Dear Families,
It’s hard to believe we’re already over halfway through Term 3! As we wrap up Week 6, I want to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible efforts of our students. Their enthusiasm for learning, commitment to their studies, and engagement in the classroom have been truly inspiring. It’s a joy to see them growing not only academically but also as kind, curious, and capable individuals.
75 Years of St Maria Goretti Celebration – You’re Invited!
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to begin preparations for a truly special milestone — 75 years of St Maria Goretti School!
We’re calling on our past, present, and future families, along with the wider Inglewood community, to help us shape this celebration.
📌Planning Meeting #2
📍 Inglewood Bowls Club
📅 Wednesday 27th August
🕔 From 5:00pm
Whether you’re a former student, a current parent, a future enrollee, or a proud local, your stories, ideas, and energy are what will make this celebration unforgettable. Let’s come together to honour our rich history and plan a joyful event that looks to the future.
💬 Share your memories, suggest activities, and be part of something truly special.
📞 For more information, contact the front office on 07 4652 1109.
Let’s make our 75th anniversary a celebration to remember — we can’t do it without you!
Warm regards,
Liv Osborne
Acting Principal
